1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation unless otherwise specified on the product page.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

2. Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, Erode Rifles reserves the right to verify any order before dispatch.

Verification may include:

  • Billing information
  • Shipping address
  • Payment confirmation

Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation of the order.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship products across India.

Orders will be shipped only to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Mobile number is active
  • Complete address is provided
  • Correct PIN code is entered

Erode Rifles shall not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Shipping Partners

Depending on the destination, shipments may be sent through:

  • Reputed Private Courier Services
  • India Post Speed Post
  • Registered Parcel Services
  • Other authorized logistics partners

For locations where private courier services are unavailable, we reserve the right to use Government Postal Services or an alternate delivery partner.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Courier partner charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Additional charges applicable for remote delivery locations, special handling, or regional levies shall be borne by the customer where applicable.

If an order is shipped via Government Postal Services, delivery may take 15–30 business days, depending on the destination.

These timelines are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.

7. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, Erode Rifles may ship items separately depending on stock availability, warehouse location, or courier limitations.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping unless specifically communicated.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other available communication channel.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the tracking details provided.

9. Address Modification

Requests to modify the shipping address will be accepted only before the order has been dispatched.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.

10. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.

If delivery fails because of:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to respond to the courier

the shipment may be returned to Erode Rifles.

Any additional shipping, return shipping, storage, or re-dispatch charges shall be payable by the customer.

11. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Before accepting your shipment, please inspect the package carefully.

If the package appears:

  • Opened
  • Torn
  • Wet
  • Damaged
  • Tampered

we recommend refusing delivery where possible or immediately recording a continuous unboxing video before opening the package.

Claims regarding transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

12. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process claims relating to:

  • Transit damage
  • Missing products
  • Incorrect products
  • Manufacturing defects

customers must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video starting before the package is opened.

Claims submitted without adequate evidence may not be approved.

13. Regulated Products

Certain products sold by Erode Rifles may be subject to applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Where required by law, courier partners, or regulatory authorities, customers may be requested to provide additional information or documentation before dispatch or delivery.

Failure to comply may result in delays, cancellation of the shipment, or return of the order.

14. Failed Deliveries

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect contact information
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Customer unavailable
  • Failure to complete delivery formalities

may incur:

16. Pricing & Taxes

All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

Any local taxes, octroi, entry tax, or other statutory levies imposed by local authorities shall be borne by the customer wherever applicable.
